Terms and Conditions

1. Property management service fee/ Management fee/ Commission = The cost that your agent charged for managing your property for the previous month. We will refund commissions from previous month only. Commission charges from previous months, or future months, rebates or other costs are not included.

2. Property must be available for a minimum of 12 months per year for rental.

3. Subject to property meeting MadeComfy standards of location, quality and comforts.

4. No cleaning, maintenance, furnishing, refunds, insurance, utilities, council rates or other costs that are outside the management fee will be included.

5. You must send MadeComfy a copy of your full last statement of property management service to confirm the management fee you wish MadeComfy to pay.

6. MadeComfy may suspend, terminate or change the terms and requirements of the 'Switch to MadeComfy in September' promotion at any time and for any reason.
