NSW short-term rental code of conduct

From 18 December 2020, short-term rental hosts, guests, booking platforms and management companies in New South Wales are required to adhere to a mandatory Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry.

  • Validity of strata by-laws prohibiting short-term rental and Airbnb in a strata building
  • Obligations under the NSW Short-term Rental Code of Conduct
